Social Media and Community Engagement Manager (WFM)

Looking for a creative and motivated social media manager for a Web3 startup accelerator. This role is for someone with social media management experience, has a love for writing, plus someone excited and knowledgeable about Web3, tech founders and the world of VC. The goal is to engage with our community across various platforms, reach as many people as possible, bring awareness to what our startups are building, and highlight new trends in the space. You will be working alongside passionate and driven people at a remote and innovative company.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging posts, videos, articles, and other content

  • Develop and implement social media strategies, campaigns and initiatives that work with company goals and marketing objectives

  • Manage, grow and maintain our social media accounts including creating content, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, creating and implementing strategies to increase engagement and visibility, and keeping track of analytics

  • Create engaging and compelling content across various social media platforms including X, LinkedIn, Medium, Discord, and other platforms to create the most impact

  • Create and implement strategies that drive community engagement, create meaningful interactions with our community, and increase visibility

  • Keep yourself up to date with industry trends and platform updates

Requirements

  • Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within the blockchain space

  • Experience in community engagement and growth

  • Deep understanding and proficiency in social media tools, analytics, platforms, algorithms, and best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Great at storytelling, communicating, and writing

  • Comfortable with both speaking and writing publicly

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

  • In-depth knowledge of and passionate about the web3 space, including exploring new trends within the space

  • Basic graphic design skills 

  • Must enjoy writing and content creation

  • Native English is a must

Celo Camp Program Manager (WFH)

Work in a remote and innovative company together with passionate and driven people. A suitable candidate will be a native English speaker, with experience in producing and managing online community events, programs for entrepreneurs in blockchain, or similar initiatives. In addition, the candidate should be self-driven and easily adapt to new online working tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our online presence across multiple channels (social media, group chat, and other forums)

  • Host, present, and attend events, lead demo days to represent the company, build awareness, and grow the ecosystem

  • Manage tech scouting activities in a variety of verticals and obtain industry specialty and expertise to help find the best teams for our next cohorts

  • Organize the communication between mentors and the participating teams

  • Keep mentors and teams engaged in the program curriculum and different events

  • Guide our teams through their entrepreneurial journey 

  • Create content and articles for our community

Requirements

  • A true passion for high-tech, blockchain technology, and startups

  • Experience running online communities, or online events, student clubs, or similar

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must

  • Work remotely 

  • Ability to learn quickly and to work independently

  • Can easily learn and adapt to new online work tools and platforms
